RUDOLF DE CRIGNIS MEMORIAL TRIBUTE

Saturday, May 12, 2007

3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

The 15th Street Meeting House

15 Rutherford Place

(between 15th and 16th Streets; between Second and Third Avenues)

New York City

Dear Relatives, Friends and Colleagues, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Rudolf de Crignis lived and worked in New York. Winterthur, Switzerland, was his birthplace.

Rudolf and his artwork, which is held in American and European collections and museums,

will be honored at this Memorial Tribute.

Pieces from different phases of his working life are part of the collections of many institutions.

While honoring Rudolf's past, this Memorial Tribute will also open a perspective

to the future reception of his work, both here and abroad. Guest speakers will testify to this purpose.

A cocktail reception at the Peter Blum Gallery at 99 Wooster Street

will immediately follow the Memorial Service.

In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that donations be sent to Cabrini Hospice in memory
of Rudolf de Crignis (Cabrini Hospice, 227 East 19th Street, 10th floor, New York, NY 10003).
Please stipulate that the donation is for Hospice-use only.
